With lockdown giving us all time to breathe, here at Liz Dennison Property Consultancy, we have used this time to assess and invest in our business. We have had a small rebranding, whilst keeping our well recognised 'orange', we have amended our styling slightly to keep things fresh and relevant. Alongside, a brand new shiny website, to keep up with the ever changing world of the internet. We have also added new social media streams including; Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. COVID 19 UPDATE
How will moving home work in line with social distancing?
To ensure the safety of our colleagues and clients, there are some important guidelines we'll be implementing for the foreseeable future. These include:
Virtual Viewings; buyers will be encouraged to view properties virtually initially. We aim to reduce the number of physical viewings until a serious applicant has been identified.
Physical Viewings; we will accompany you to viewings at a social distance, or where it is not possible for us to accompany, we will ensure both parties are made aware and fully understand the social distancing measures required.
Hygiene; social distancing, hand sanitiser, protective gloves & face masks (where applicable) will be used. We will encourage decontamination of key areas, IE handles & door frames, before & after viewings.
Contact Avoidance; where possible, we will encourage all parties to avoid contact with door handles, cupboard etc. Example: doors being open prior to a visit to reduce contact.
Flexible Contracts; considerations will be made for move dates; in the case where either party needs to self-isolate due to presenting symptoms.
Office Visits; non essential office visits are not taking place for the foreseeable. Where it is essential, both parties health conditions will be assessed prior to the visit, with all precautions put into place.
